Kate had once registered a domain name and had a website, but had let both expire. As with many equine professionals, Kate just did not have the skill set or the time to set up and maintain a website.
I reached out to her to ask her about her missing website and she was happy to engage with Digital Epona to get back on track. We set up a hybrid ecommerce solution using an online catalog option with no “buy now” for the saddles that can be customized, and a Shopify Lite account that allows her to create products that are available for purchase and display them on the website for a seamless user experience. Through Shopify she can take her orders, process payments, manage inventory, etc. Her customers can check their order status as well.
